Francesco Giuffrè

Italian writer, composer, film dubber, scriptwriter and director, in 2017 Francesco Giuffrè became interested in art therapy, and began working with the Teatro Patologico (Pathologic Theatre) of Rome, intervening every day with people with disabilities.

The company has carried out several projects abroad (New York, Tokyo, Brussels, Johannesburg…). Francesco Giuffrè operates around great literary works of the classical repertoire such as the Odyssey, Don Quixote or works by Dostoyevsky.

Practising theatre in this place turned out to be an opportunity for a strong artistic expression, the stage becomes a stimulating educational space where one can play and have serious fun.
